LADC Internship Opportunities

Partners Behavioral Healthcare is excited to offer LADC internship opportunities to students looking to achieve academic milestones and gain knowledge in their profession. 

Internship participants are paid while receiving hands-on training by experienced staff members who are licensed in the field. Internship participants will be a part of the entire continuum of care and can expect to gain experience co-facilitating groups, screening and intakes, treatment planning, counseling and case management, crisis intervention and charting/record keeping. 

Our commitment is to provide interns with a high-quality experience to ensure the knowledge gained can be applied to professional positions in their future.

Candidates for internship positions should be enrolled in an ADC education program at an accredited school or educational program and is earning a minimum of 9 semester credits per calendar year toward the completion of an associate’s, bachelors, masters, or doctorate degree requirements. Degree requirements must include an additional 18 semester credits or 270 hours of alcohol and drug counseling related course work and 440 hours of practicum.
