Partners in Recovery, LLC (including Partners Behavioral Healthcare)

follow the privacy practices described here.

  • Treatment: Share information with your care team to coordinate services.
  • Payment: Use information to bill you or your insurance company.
  • Healthcare Operations: Improve services, train staff, and run programs.
  • As Required by Law: Public health, legal orders, safety emergencies, etc.
When We Need Your Permission

We will ask for written authorization before:

  • Sharing clinical notes (except when allowed by law).
  • Using your information for marketing or fundraising.
  • Any other use not listed in this notice.

Our Responsibilities

if a breach occurs, and follow the practices described in this notice. We will not
use or share your information other than as described here unless you authorize us in writing.
