A chemical health assessment begins with a meeting with a licensed professional. Same-day and walk-in assessments are available. An assessment can be conducted in person or via phone. Contact us today at 888-648-7652.

Participants receive a comprehensive set of assessments during the initial chemical health assessment. Based on the information gathered a level of use is identified, discussed with the individual, and an appropriate level of care is recommended. If Partners Behavioral Healthcare recommends services with another provider, the chemical health assessment will be sent to them- no additional assessment is required to begin treatment.
